1. Qualification and experience:
a) Must be Nepali citizen
b) Minimum qualification
– For Pharmacy office position, Minimum bachelor’s degree graduate in pharmacy subject or equivalent graduate
– For Pharmacy supervisor, Minimum certificate level graduate in pharmacy subject or equivalent graduate
c) Age: 21 to 45 years for Officer level and 18 to 45 years for assistant level
d) Must have renewed registered certificate in related council

2. Documents to be included: Biodata, copy of academic qualification certificates, copy of Nepali citizenship, experience certificate and copy of council or association registration certificate. All the submitting copies of documents must be self verified by candidates with signature in backside of documents.
3. To apply: Interested candidates are requested to submit application form with assigned application form fee submitted voucher paid at department revenue section should be submitted at administration section after checking well.
