1. Branch Manager - 1 (For Banepa & Pokhara)
Position: Junior Officer to Assistant Manager
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job Specifications:
Minimum 2 years of banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs. Good knowledge of credit, Operation, and Branch Management. Good Knowledge of Banking Software. Must have leadership quality. Excellent communication skills (Nepali and English). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Excellent organizational, administrative, and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and good communication skills.
Age Limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Junior Officer to Assistant Manager.
2. Relationship Manager— Few (For Pokhara, Chitwan & Putalisadak )
Position: Junior Assistant to Junior Officer
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/ Economics.
Job Specifications: At least one year of experience with BFIs with sound knowledge of credit. Excellent communication skills (English, Nepali). Ability to seek continuous improvements and recommend solutions. Only experienced candidates should apply.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years for assistant level. Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years for Officer level.
