Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha announces vacancy for Sr. Assistant and Jr. Assistant

The following posts have to be filled for the branch offices of Manushi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, which has its head office at Banepa Municipality 13, Bhaisepati, Kavre, having obtained a Class D license from Nepal Rastra Bank; Interested Nepali citizens are invited to apply within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.

1. Senior Assistant (Branch Head) - Few

Minimum qualification required: Must have graduated and have at least 2 years working experience in MFI, or 3 years work experience in MFI after passing proficiency certificate level (10 + 2).

2. Junior Assistant - Few

Minimum qualification required: Must have passed SLC / SEE or equivalent and have 1-year work experience in MFI. Preference will be given to those who have passed proficiency certificate level or plus two. Willing to work in rural areas.

1) Age limit: Must have completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years, but in the case of female candidates, the upper age limit will be 5 years more. There will be no age limit for reinstated employees.

2) Type of Examination: Those shortlisted will be selected through interviews.

3) Salary Allowance and Facilities: Financial Institution Rules.

4) Special Preference: Preference will be given to those who have good knowledge of computers (Word, Excel, Email, Internet) and a license of the motorcycle.

5) Place to submit application: Application with recent passport size photograph, copy of your biodata, copy of citizenship certificate, educational qualification, and work experience as required at Manushi Microfinance Financial Institution Ltd. central office and branch offices or [email protected]. The application form can be downloaded from the website of the financial institution.

6) If the last day of the application is a public holiday; the application can be submitted the next day.

7) If an application is not received on time or undeveloped applications will be automatically canceled. Only the candidates on the shortlist will be taken to the interview and all the rights related to staff selection will be vested in the financial institution.
