BANKING CAREER OPPORTUNITY: Central Finance Limited, national level, “C” Class licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank, invites applications from highly motivated, skilled, dynamic, self-driven, and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following posts for its upcoming branches in Birgunj, Biratnagar, Chandranigahapur.

Branch In-charge (Supervisor to Officer)

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in relevant subject,
  • Experience in financial Institutions is mandatory,
  • Ability to check credit histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
  • Have good judgment, sound business sense high degree of accuracy and attention to detail,
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team,
  • Ability to achieve given targets,
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines,
  • Have a confident and assertive manner,
  • Age not exceeding 35 years.

Credit Department (Assistant to Supervisor)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant subject,
  • Experience in financial institutions is mandatory,
  • Ability to check credit analysis & histories, assess risk and make decisions on lending,
  • Ability to achieve given targets,
  • Ability to learn credit processes and analysis,
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.

Operation Department (Assistant to Supervisor)

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject,
  • Proficiency in computer operation required,
  • Experience in financial institution is mandatory,
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.

Candidates are expected to be proficient in both written and spoken English/Nepali with excellent marketing, communication and interpersonal skills and be a computer literate with working knowledge of office applications.
