3. Additional Information:
- For the position as mentioned in Serial No. A: candidates having at least one year of experience in a related field in Bank & Financial institution shall be preferred.
- For the position as mentioned in Serial No. B: candidates must be well versed in national and international laws, rules, and regulations governing the banking activities. Candidates are expected to be highly proficient in every legal aspect arising in Banking Industry and should be able to advise top executives accordingly. Preference will be given to those candidates having LLM with a specialization in commercial law.
- Candidates applying for the position of Branch Manager must have sound knowledge of Credit & Branch Operations with Deposit & Credit Marketing. The candidates should have the capacity to lead the overall business and profitability of the branch. The candidates should have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Candidates applying for the position of Relationship Manager should have prior work experience in Corporate/SME Credit. The candidates are expected to possess strong—will power, a can-do attitude, and dynamic sales sprits and shall be responsible for robust business relationship sourcing and management.
- For deserving internal candidates applying for the position specified in Serial No. E, only Bachelor's degree will suffice.
