Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Australian Visa Counsellor to join our team. The successful candidate will handle the processing of various Australian visa applications in compliance with the guidelines set by the Department of Home Affairs. If you have experience in visa counselling and a strong understanding of Australian immigration laws and regulations, we would love to hear from you!

  • Counsel clients on eligibility requirements and options for various Australian visa subclasses, including student, work, family, and visitor visas.
  • Prepare and lodge visa applications in accordance with Australian immigration policies and procedures.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration laws and Department of Home Affairs guidelines.
  • Review and ensure all required documentation is accurate and complete before submission.
  • Handle client queries related to visa processes and provide timely and professional advice.
  • Liaise with Australian immigration authorities, if required, to track and follow up on applications.
  • Keep accurate records of client cases and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection policies.
