Job Description
- Conduct international telephone and email marketing campaigns to promote services or products.
- Manage outbound and inbound calls/emails, responding to inquiries from potential clients.
- Handle client appointments, scheduling, and follow-up via telephone and email.
- Build and maintain customer databases using CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions.
- Conduct market research to identify potential international clients and generate leads.
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to increase engagement and conversion rates.
- Analyze and report on the effectiveness of telephone and email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in planning and executing online webinars or virtual meetings for potential international customers.
Job Specification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and other relevant languages).
- Strong desire to learn and adaptability in international marketing.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in email marketing and telephone-based client engagement.
- Ability to handle international time zones and work flexible hours if necessary.
