Job Description
  • Making appointments for all staff or for specific employees, such as executives.
  • Processing bills and helping clients or customers if they have any questions about their charges.
  • Organizing files for billing, customer and client records, etc.
  • Directing visitors to the correct office.
  • Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner.
  • Handeling travel arrangements.
  • Helping maintain workplace security.
  • Issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
Job Specification
  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel management software and basic office applications.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
