Job Description
- Prepare the monthly and daily visit plans and execute the coverage plan
- Conduct market visits, generate quality enquiries and conversion into sales
- Reporting of the enquiries in the system and periodic update
- Collection of the relevant database of the prospect
- Competition analysis and report the activity
- Achieve monthly sales target
- Collection of receivables if any
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Fresher in cement Industry may also apply
- Proven experience in sales and marketing in Cement sales, Sahakari marketing or network based sales business with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-driven mindset.
- Candidate should have his/her own bike/scooter
