Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative for Tanahun district and to be based in Damauli to join our team at Bhugarbha Cement. As a Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and expanding our market presence. This is a target based position that offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, have a background in cement, hardware, or paints sales, and are eager to grow in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell Bhugarbha Cement products to potential and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hardware stores, contractors, and other relevant businesses in the construction and building materials sector.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities, expenses, and inventory levels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to network and promote Bhugarbha Cement products.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Minimum educational qualification of passing 12th standard (or equivalent); currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales within the cement, hardware, or paints industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (two-wheeler) for daily commute.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative.
- Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory.
