Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Accountant with experience in administration to join our team at Hattiban! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the finances and accounts of designated companies and taking care of the administration of the companies. The ideal candidate must have passion for manufacturing, trading and consulting business. Additional duties may include logistics and human resource management. The job requirements may change over time to suit time and space and may include additional responsibilities not specifically described in the job description.

Job Description:
- Accounting: General Ledger Management, Cost Accounting, Inventory and Stock Management, Accounts Reconciliation, Internal Controls and Compliance, Financial Reporting and Audit Support
- Admin: Logistics Management, Liaising with Vendors and Customers
- Miscellaneous Activities: Prepare bills, receipts and reports, manage petty cash and other job-related correspondence
Job Specification
Candidate Profile:
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree with accounting as a major. MBA plus Accounts is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in private accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, relevant regulatory and statutory compliances, and other relevant laws. Must have VAT and Tax filing.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling, managing, and organizing financial records, ensuring precision in all financial transactions and reporting. A quick learner with flexible hours is always preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office with the ability to create and manage spreadsheets, reports, and documentation. Advance knowledge of Excel is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are desired. Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali are preferred. Nepali Unicode typing skill is preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A two-wheeler with a driving license is compulsory.
