Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
2. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and reports for management.
3. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
4. Handle tax filings, audits, and statutory compliance requirements.
5. Monitor and reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
6. Collaborate with project managers to track expenses and budgets for construction projects.
7. Assist in financial forecasting and cash flow management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction industry.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
4. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
5. Knowledge of tax regulations and construction project accounting is a plus.
6. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
