Job Description
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in choosing from a wide selection of ice cream flavors, toppings, and dessert options.
- Prepare and serve ice cream cones, sundaes, milkshakes, and other frozen treats according to customer preferences.
- Ensure the parlor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager or supervisor.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
- Preparation of purchase order
- Prepare and submit daily report to the supervisor or store manager.
