Job Description
Baniya Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager with a strong background in civil engineering. The ideal candidate should have both a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer and at least 2 years of experience in procurement engineering. This role will oversee procurement activities for civil engineering projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop procurement strategies aligned with project needs and timelines.
- Source, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors for materials and services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and budget management.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
- Prepare procurement reports and maintain documentation.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Site Engineer and 2 years in procurement engineering.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office.
