Job Description
Baniya Nirman Sewa Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee construction activities at our sites in Dulegunda and Parbat. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing construction projects, with a strong background in coordinating teams, resources, and client requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards and safety regulations.
The job description shall be as follow:
Project Planning & Coordination:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for construction activities at both Dulegunda and Parbat sites. Coordinate with clients, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and lead on-site project teams, providing direction and ensuring the team adheres to project schedules and quality standards. Foster a positive work environment and encourage continuous improvement among team members.
Budget & Cost Management:
- Monitor project costs, ensuring that the work is completed within the allocated budget. Approve expenditures and make recommendations to mitigate any cost overruns. Regularly report financial status to upper management and clients.
Quality Control & Safety:
- Ensure that all construction activities adhere to company quality standards, local regulations, and safety protocols. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure the construction quality meets project specifications.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and continuous communication about project progress, timelines, issues, and any potential changes. Prepare and present status reports to stakeholders on a regular basis.
Problem Solving:
- Proactively identify potential project risks, delays, or challenges, and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve any issues that arise on-site in a timely and efficient manner.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all legal, environmental, and health & safety compliance requirements are met. Maintain thorough documentation for project activities, contracts, permits, and inspections.
Job Specification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management (residential or commercial).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management software and basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and solve problems effectively.
- Knowledge of construction regulations (preferred).
