Job Description
- Preparation of journal entry, checking, verification of accounting transaction
- Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. account receivable, account payable, general ledger, forecasting, budgeting
- Monitor and record financial transaction according to company policies and regulations
- Maintain the site attendance and vehicle log sheet.
- Preparation of monthly site financial statements, stock summary, payable summary, material consumption summary
- Management of site funds with periodical analysis of sources and application of fund within the site
- Get the authorisation/approval/instruction of financial transactions to the concerned persons.
- Coordination with Finance Department of Head office on timely basis.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in construction or project management.
- Proficient in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
