Job Description
Job Summary: Bagaichā is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to ensure a positive and memorable experience for our guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining a high standard of hospitality throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival.
- Assist guests with seating arrangements and menu recommendations.
- Address guest inquiries, requests, or concerns in a courteous and timely manner.
- Provide information about restaurant services, promotions, and events.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and preferences.
- Collect and record guest feedback and suggestions.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining environment.
- Handle guest reservations and confirm bookings.
- Collaborate with the Guest Relations Manager to implement guest service strategies.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.
Job Specification
- Graduate in Hotel Management or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
