Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Application Processing:
- Assist students in preparing and submitting university and visa applications-Australia
- Verify academic transcripts, recommendation letters, SOPs, and other required documents.
- Ensure that all documents meet the requirements of respective universities and embassies.
Document Verification & Management:
- Check the authenticity of academic and financial documents.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely updates of student files.
- Organize and manage digital and physical copies of student documents.
Coordination & Communication:
- Liaise with universities, embassies, and other stakeholders regarding application status.
- Provide clear instructions to students regarding required documentation.
- Follow up on pending applications and keep students updated on their progress.
Visa Assistance:
- Guide students on visa application procedures, financial documents, and interview preparation.
- Ensure compliance with embassy guidelines to avoid application rejections.
Compliance & Confidentiality:
- Adhere to the rules and regulations of international education bodies and embassies.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of student records and sensitive information.
Support & Other Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing pre-departure briefings for students.
- Stay updated on the latest visa and immigration policies of different countries.
- Support the team with any additional administrative tasks as required.
Job Specification
Education & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Additional training or certification in document management is a plus.
Experience:
- 6 months -1 years of experience in documentation in consultancy.
