Job Description
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or person.
- Maintain visitor records and manage appointment schedules.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
- Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and document handling.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth office operations.

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is a plus.
