Job Description
Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome visitors, students, and parents in a friendly, professional manner.
- Provide information on the consultancy’s services, including admissions, study abroad programs, and other educational services.
- Address inquiries via phone, email, or in person, ensuring all questions are answered accurately and promptly.
- Provide guidance and direct visitors to the appropriate staff member or department as needed.
Front Desk Operations:
- Manage front desk operations by ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Handle incoming calls, take messages, and ensure the right department receives information or calls.
- Maintain and manage appointment schedules for students, parents, and consultants.
- Assist in processing and filing student applications, documents, and other administrative paperwork.
Administrative Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
- Support the team by preparing meeting rooms and managing office supplies.
- Help in coordinating office events, workshops, and information sessions related to educational programs.
Student and Parent Support:
- Assist students and parents with the application process, including documentation, application forms, and program requirements.
- Provide information about study abroad opportunities and guide them through the initial consultation process.
Confidentiality & Accuracy:
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student and program information.
- Ensure all student records are updated and accurate in the database.
Job Specification
- Education: High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Education) is preferred.
- Experience: At least six months of experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in an education consultancy or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Experience with CRM systems or customer relationship management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with visitors, students, and parents.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy, dynamic front desk environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
- Customer-focused approach with a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexibly during peak admission seasons.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
