Job Description
- To provide personalized counselling services to students and clients, helping them identify suitable educational programs, schools, and universities based on their interests, academic backgrounds, and career aspirations.
- To evaluate daily operations, work commitment and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Develop operational plans and coordinate activities across departments to meet organizational goals
- Track team performance, set targets, and conduct evaluations.
- Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions to the problems.
- Prepare regular performance and operational efficiency reports for senior management.
- Facilitate staff training and mentorship for new employees.
- Provide counselling and support to students, helping them to solve academic and personal challenges.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; additional certifications in management or counselling are a plus.
- Previous management experience in relevant field.
- Strong leadership, communication, counselling, problem-solving, and organizational skills; proficiency in relevant fields.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a proactive mindset.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., project management, counselling) are advantageous.
