Job Description

Position Overview: AR Education Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a personable and organized Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients, students, and visitors. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring smooth daily operations within our consultancy. The Front Desk Officer will handle a variety of tasks, including greeting visitors, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, students, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments, taking messages when necessary.
  • Manage the front desk area by maintaining a neat and organized workspace.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, ensuring accurate and timely communication with clients and staff.
  • Handle inquiries from clients and visitors, providing accurate information about our services and programs.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and handling mail.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring the visitor logbook, and issuing visitor badges as needed.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication across the team.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating meetings, events, and other office activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall function of the consultancy.

 

Job Specification
  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Friendly, approachable, and able to maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
