Job Description

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat.
Provide detailed information about travel packages, trekking options, and other services offered by Aotrek.
Assist customers with booking travel arrangements and resolving any issues that may arise.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Gather and report customer feedback to help improve our offerings.
Uphold a positive, professional attitude in all client communications.

Job Specification

Working Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM, Sunday to Friday, with flexibility for overtime during peak travel seasons or special events.
Work Environment: Office-based with occasional fieldwork for client interactions or events.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Response time, customer satisfaction score, and issue resolution rate.
