Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our digital marketing efforts and maintain the company’s branding and presence. The ideal candidate will assist in designing social media posts, documentation, running various marketing initiatives, and handling product and photo management tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help plan and posts for social media across multiple channels.
- Coordinate content creation and management of Marketing promotional documents (emails, brochures, Newsletters, social media).
- Assist with events research and pre-events and expos works.
- Organize and maintain marketing materials and promotional items.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product, and design) to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
- Support team efforts in brainstorming and developing creative ideas for events.
Job Specification
Qualifications and Skills:
- +2 Pass /Bachelor’s degree Running in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication, written, and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with social media platforms and basic knowledge of digital marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard working hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Probation Period:
- There will be a three-month probation period during which the salary will be determined through negotiation.
