Job Description
We are looking for a creative and motivated individual to join our team as an E-commerce and Design Specialist. This role involves managing our e-commerce platform and creating eye-catching designs that represent our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
E-commerce Management
- Oversee daily operations of our e-commerce site, including adding products, updating prices, and managing inventory.
- Improve website navigation and checkout processes for a better user experience.
- Work with the logistics and sales team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent support.
Design and Content Creation
- Create attractive graphics, posts, and promotional materials for the website and social media.
- Maintain consistent branding across all online platforms.
- Design packaging, labels, and other product-related materials.
- Edit and improve product images for online use.
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and graphic design.
- Experience with design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
