Job Description

Job Description:- 

  • Engage with potential customers at their homes or businesses, presenting and promoting the company’s range of tiles and sanitary products.
  • Learn about the features and benefits of tiles and sanitary products to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.
  • Build strong, professional relationships with new and existing customers through in-person interactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets by closing sales during door-to-door visits.
  • Collect valuable feedback from customers and report it to the management team to improve product offerings or marketing strategies.
  • Help implement promotional campaigns to drive sales, such as special offers or discounts, by informing customers during interactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales leads, customer interactions, and sales transactions using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and managers to achieve sales goals and improve sales strategies.
  • Act as a positive representative of Amiksha Tiles and Sanitary Pvt. Ltd., promoting the company's reputation and building brand awareness in the local community.
Job Specification

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, persuasive selling skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales is a plus but freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with door-to-door sales.
