Job Description

• Serve as the primary contact for job seekers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their skills and advise on the best possible overseas opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of client information, documentation, and communications.
• Use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to create reports, presentations, and keep track of visa processing.
• Work closely with internal teams and other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Job Specification

• Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the manpower field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new software and technologies as required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Ability to apply critical thinking in handling client issues and challenges during the counseling and visa documentation process.
