- Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with accounting principles.
- Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Manage cash flow and working capital.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with tax regulations and corporate policies.
- Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business strategies and financial goals.
- Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to ensure profitability and financial stability.
Job Specification
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
