Job Description

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited, Banepa-14, Sanga, Kalepalanchok (A “D” Class licensed financial institution authorized by Nepal Rastra Bank) Notice Regarding Staff Requirement.

This financial institution, licensed as a “D” class entity by Nepal Rastra Bank, is operating in hilly districts of Koshi Province and districts of Bagmati Province. Applications are invited from qualified Nepali citizens to fill the following positions through open competition. Applications must be submitted within 15 days from the date of this notice.

Required Qualifications:

For Deputy Manager: CA/ACCA passed from a recognized university with work experience in banks or financial institutions will be prioritized.
Or
Bachelor's degree in Management or equivalent with 4 years’ experience in accounting and management.
Or
Semi-qualified Chartered Accountants with at least 3 years’ experience in a bank, financial institution, or organized sector will be prioritized.
For Regional Head and Branch Manager: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years’ microfinance-related experience at one level below the position being applied for.
For Assistant Level: Proficiency Certificate Level or equivalent with at least 2 years’ microfinance-related experience at one level below the position being applied for.
For Junior Assistant Trainee: Proficiency Certificate Level or SEE or equivalent passed.

Additional Information:

Age Limit:
- For managerial level: 25 to 45 years
- For officer level: 21 to 40 years
- For assistant level: 18 to 35 years
  (Upper age limit extended by 5 years for female candidates)
Knowledge of email, internet, and computer operation is required.
Local applicants within the approved working areas of the institution will be given preference.
Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid motorcycle/scooter driving license.
