Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Office of the Rural Municipal Executive, Sadhabanjhyang, Dhading, Bagmati Province, Nepal Notice Regarding Staff Requirement

This notice is published to inform all concerned that applications are invited from interested eligible Nepali citizens within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice to fill the following position on contract basis for conducting awareness programs related to foreign employment and providing counseling to individuals with psychosocial problems under the Safe Migration (SAMI) Program at Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality, Dhading, which aims to make foreign employment safe, dignified and systematic.

Position: Psychosocial Counselor (Assistant Fifth Level)

Qualifications:

Completed Health Assistant, Staff Nurse or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, B.Ed. in Health Education, Post Graduate Diploma in Counseling from a recognized educational institution/university. Special priority will be given to women who have received 6-month training in psychosocial counseling with certification from the National Health Training Center and have experience working in the same field. Must be at least 21 years of age and not exceeding 40 years as of the last date of application submission, and not disqualified for government service positions as per prevailing laws. Basic knowledge and experience in computer (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email/Internet, etc.). Ability to prepare reports in Nepali language.

Work Period: 1 year, may be renewed according to program requirement and performance.
Type of Examination: Written, Interview and Practical.
Salary and Other Benefits: As per program rules.
Required Documents: Interested citizens with permanent residence in Jwalamukhi Rural Municipality who meet the above qualifications must submit copies of Nepali citizenship certificate, experience certificates, personal details with names and contact phone numbers of at least 2 reference persons, and copies of educational qualification certificates.
