Job Description
Government of Nepal, Ministry of Communication and Information Technology Notice for Application: Executive Director Position at the Security Printing Center
The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology invites applications from eligible Nepali citizens for the Executive Director position at the Security Printing Center per the following qualifications and requirements.
Eligibility Criteria (As per Section 19 of the Security Printing Act, 2081):
1) Minimum Qualifications:
(a) Must be at least 30 years of age.
(b) A Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Management from a recognized university.
(c) At least 5 years of managerial-level experience.
- Managerial Level refers to roles such as Under Secretary or higher in government service, 10th level or higher in public institutions, or executive positions such as CEO/Managing Director in registered companies/institutions.
(d) Must not have been dismissed or deemed ineligible for future government or semi-government services.
(e) Must not have been convicted of offenses related to corruption, sexual violence, human trafficking, drug abuse, money laundering, passport misuse, kidnapping, organized crime, or any other moral turpitude.
(f) Must not hold permanent residency or citizenship of any foreign country.
(g) Must be eligible for appointment under prevailing laws.
Required Documents:
Applicants must submit the following documents along with their application:

A formal application letter stating intent for the position.

A personal resume detailing qualifications and experience.

A copy of the Nepali citizenship certificate.

Copies of academic qualification certificates (including equivalence certificates for foreign degrees).

Copies of experience certificates (clearly stating the period of service).

A sealed professional work plan in the Nepali language (3000–5000 words, A4 size, typed and signed on the back page by the applicant).

The applicant's name should appear on the cover page. No identifying marks should be present elsewhere in the document. The work plan must be presented in a separate sealed envelope along with the application.

A self-declaration stating non-possession of foreign permanent residency.

Copies of any other relevant documents.

Applications must be submitted within 10 days of this notice's publication. If the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be the last date for submission.

Evaluation Process:
Candidates will be recommended based on evaluating their professional work plan, presentation, and interview.
