Notice Regarding the Recruitment of Chief Executive Officer at Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited

Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited is announcing a vacancy for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) through open competition. Eligible and qualified Nepali citizens who meet the following minimum educational qualifications and experience are invited to submit their applications to the company’s office at Ramshah Path, Kathmandu, within 21 (twenty-one) days from the first publication of this notice, during office hours.

1. Required Educational Qualifications, Experience, and Age:

(a) Qualifications and age as per Clause 4 of the Procedure.

(b) The candidate must not be disqualified as per Clause 6 of the Procedure.

2. Documents and Information to be Submitted with the Application:

(a) Detailed personal information (CV) disclosing educational qualifications, experience, and contact information (email, telephone, mobile number, residential or office address).

(b) Certified copies of the Nepali citizenship certificate, educational qualifications, training, and experience documents, attested by the candidate themselves.

(c) Four copies of a business action plan (Business Action Plan) not exceeding 5,000 words.

(d) The application form as per Schedule-2 of the Procedure.

3. Candidates must self-certify the details as mentioned in Clause 6 of the Procedure and in Section 11 of the application form.

4. The duties of the CEO, as well as the monthly salary and other benefits, will be determined by the Board of Directors of the company.

 

5. Detailed information regarding the subjects to be included in the business action plan, selection criteria, and process can be found in the "CEO Selection and Recommendation Procedure, 2081" published on the company’s website.

6. While submitting the application, it must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Business Action Plan for the Position of Chief Executive Officer at Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited.”

7. The applicant must submit a deposit of NPR 5,000 as an application fee in the name of Rastriya Jeevan Beema Company Limited at Nepal Bank Limited, Kathmandu Banking Office, Dharampath, in account number 00200100502402000003, and include the payment receipt with the application.

8. If any false details or documents are submitted with the application, it will be canceled, and action will be taken according to the prevailing laws.
