Lumbini Province Government, Ministry of Health, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Nepal Notice Regarding Contractual Recruitment

In accordance with the decision of the Provincial Government (Council of Ministers), this notice is published for the recruitment of contractual staff for the approved temporary positions at Bhaluwang Hospital, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Nepal, as per the Contractual Employee Management Procedure (Amendment), 2080.

Eligible Nepali citizens who meet the required qualifications under the Provincial Civil Service Act, 2080, and related Regulations, 2080, are invited to submit their applications in the prescribed format according to the Contractual Employee Management Procedure (Amendment), 2080. Applications must be submitted within 10 (ten) days from the date of publication of this notice. The positions are to be filled until the end of Ashad, 2082.

Method and Place for Submitting the Application Form:

 

The application form will be available at the Administration Branch, Ministry of Health, Lumbini Province, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Nepal. Alternatively, candidates can download the application form from the Ministry's website at mohp.lumbini.gov.np. The completed form, along with the required documents, must be submitted to the Ministry of Health, Lumbini Province, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Nepal.

Application Fee:

• Ninth level: NPR 1,200 (One Thousand Two Hundred)
• Eighth level: NPR 1,000 (One Thousand)
• Fifth level: NPR 500 (Five Hundred)
• Fourth level: NPR 400 (Four Hundred)
• Unclassified: NPR 200 (Two Hundred)

Application Deadline: The application must be submitted by 2081/06/22 within office hours. If the day falls on a public holiday, applications can be submitted on the next working day.

 

Age Limit for Candidates: As per the Lumbini Province Civil Service Act and Regulations, 2080.

Minimum Required Qualifications: Candidates must meet the qualifications as determined by the Public Service Commission.

Method and Place for Submitting Application Fee: The original bank voucher for the application fee must be submitted with the application. The fee should be deposited in Revenue Account No. 27402000001001000001 at Nepal Bank Limited, Sisahaniya Branch, Dang, under the Office Code No. 3700056025 and Revenue Title No. 14224 (Examination Fee). The completed application must be submitted to the Ministry of Health, Lumbini Province, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Nepal.

 

Documents to be Submitted with the Application:

Applicants must submit one self-certified copy of the following documents along with the application form:

• Personal details
• Educational qualifications
• Nepali citizenship
• Training certificates
• Experience certificates
• Council registration and renewal certificates as per applicable law
• Two recently taken passport-size photographs

Selection Criteria and Process: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their application and will be invited for an interview. In some cases, a practical test may also be conducted. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview.

 

Job Description for the Position: As per the service and group-related tasks.

Salary: The starting scale will be equivalent to the level of the position as per provincial employee regulations.

Interview Notice: The names of shortlisted candidates and interview details will be published on the Ministry's website at www.mohp.lumbini.gov.np.

Date, Time, and Place of the Interview: The date, time, and place for the interview will be decided when the shortlist is published by the Ministry of Health, Rapti Valley (Deukhuri), Dang.
