hotkhola Rural Municipality, Office of the Executive, Hatiya, Sankhuwasabha, is seeking applications for contract-based positions under the health conditional program. This advertisement is published to fill the required positions as specified below. Position: Lab Assistant

Level: Assistant, Fourth Level

Number of Vacancies: 1 (One)

Educational Qualification: Must have completed a Medical Lab Assistant course from a recognized educational institution.

(1) Application Submission Location: Health Branch, Office of the Rural Executive, Bhotkhola Rural Municipality, Hatiya, Sankhuwasabha.

(2) Examination Process: Written and Interview.

(3) Application Deadline: 2081/06/21 (BS)

(4) Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 35 years by the last date of submission. For women and individuals with disabilities, the age limit is 18 to 40 years.

(5) Application Fee: NPR 500, to be deposited in the internal revenue account of Bhotkhola Rural Municipality at Global IME Bank, account number: 15004010000008, under revenue heading number 14224, along with the voucher.

(6) Service Benefits: As per the contract service agreement.

(7) Work Location: Chepuwa Health Post, Chyamthang, Ward No. 2, Chyamthang, Bhotkhola Rural Municipality.

(8) Exam Date: The exam date will be announced through a notice after the application submission deadline.

(9) Required Documents: Complete the application form along with relevant certificates of qualification, Nepali citizenship certificate, and the related council registration certificate.
