The Restaurant Supervisor at The Address Lounge will manage the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring efficient service delivery, quality customer interactions, and smooth coordination among the team. This role involves overseeing staff, handling vendor management, maintaining inventory, and driving customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the restaurant industry, strong communication skills, and be skilled in marketing and PR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any customer complaints or operational issues.
• Track daily sales and purchases to ensure financial accuracy.
• Compile and submit inventory and sales reports to management.
• Monitor profitability and recommend improvements.
• Handle vendor relationships, negotiating terms and managing supply deliveries.
• Ensure timely purchase of inventory, maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Track and report purchases to maintain budget compliance.
• Oversee inventory reporting and stock control to avoid shortages or overages.
• Coordinate stock audits and regular inventory checks.
• Manage ordering processes based on inventory needs.
• Foster positive interactions with customers, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Implement marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
• Promote events and special offerings to attract new and returning customers.

Job Specification

• Minimum 2-3 years in a supervisory role within a restaurant or bar.
• Fluent in English, Nepali, and Hindi.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage customers.
• Bold, energetic, and able to motivate staff.
• Experience in marketing, public relations, and building customer loyalty.
• Proven experience in vendor coordination and inventory control.
