Job Description
Lesson Planning & Delivery:
- Develop detailed lesson plans that align with the curriculum and the academic goals for Grade 6/7 mathematics.
- Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that help students build their mathematical skills and foster a positive learning environment.
Teaching & Supervision:
- Teach and supervise students in various mathematical topics, ensuring effective learning through clear explanations and practical examples.
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a productive and respectful classroom environment.
LMS Management:
- Update and maintain the subject’s LMS (Learning Management System) account in a timely manner, ensuring all relevant materials (lectures, worksheets, assignments) are uploaded and accessible.
Assignments & Assessments:
- Assign homework, projects, and exercises to students that reinforce classroom learning and support student development.
- Create and administer evaluations, including quizzes and tests, in alignment with the curriculum.
Invigilation & Evaluation:
- Invigilate students during quizzes, exams, and other assessments.
- Grade answer sheets, provide feedback on student performance, and ensure fairness in evaluation.
Feedback & Reporting:
- Provide constructive feedback on student work and progress.
- Submit grades and marks promptly for preparing student results and reports.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress, concerns, and achievements.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and curriculum development activities as required.
Thinking based learning must be followed compulsorily and flipped classroom pedagogy must be used.
