Job Description
- Engage with customers to introduce and explain our digital payment solutions.
- Assist new users with setting up and activating their payment cards.
- Provide guidance on how to add funds to cards and ensure smooth transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, card activations, and transactions.
- Offer excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and procedures.
- Report daily activities and customer feedback to your manager.
Job Specification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge to use mobile applications
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or field operations is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of digital payments and fintech solutions is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using mobile devices or digital systems for record-keeping.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
