Job Description

Position Overview:
The Senior Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth administrative operations by managing client correspondence, maintaining accurate records, and executing essential office tasks. The role demands a professional with exceptional organizational skills, language proficiency, and the ability to handle challenging situations with composure and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Correspondence:

  • Manage and respond to client communication promptly and professionally.
  • Handle client grievances and provide timely resolutions.

Email Management and Database Maintenance:

  • Execute and manage official emails efficiently.
  • Maintain and update databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Operational Support:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating administrative activities.
  • Provide support to other departments as needed.

Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

  • Address and resolve issues with a calm and composed demeanor.
  • Maintain professionalism under high-pressure situations.
Job Specification
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (BBA or MBA background preferred).
  • Proficiency in both Hindi and English for effective speaking and interaction.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to manage grievances and resolve issues effectively.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure.

Salary:
