Position Overview:
The Senior Public Relation Officer will oversee the sourcing and recruitment of candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. This role demands a results-driven professional with experience in sourcing, particularly for Middle Eastern markets, and the ability to manage recruitment projects efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Identify and attract qualified candidates for overseas opportunities, focusing on Middle Eastern countries.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.

Project Management:

  • Plan, organize, and execute sourcing activities to meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and accurate updates on all sourcing projects.
  • Handle grievances and resolve issues efficiently.

Local Coordination:

  • Organize and manage local interviews as needed.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of sourcing assignments.
  • Continuously improve the efficiency of the sourcing process.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Adhere to all applicable labor and immigration laws.
  • Prepare and submit reports on sourcing activities and outcomes.
Job Specification
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, preferably with a focus on Middle Eastern markets.
  • Proven ability to achieve results and meet project deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and grievance-handling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in planning and coordinating local interviews.
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure environments.

Salary:

  • Negotiable. The salary structure includes a significant performance-based component, primarily tied to the number of successful departures.
