Job Description
- Prepare the admission form, Sop, CV and relevant documents as per university requirement .
- Address the university’s email and fulfill the requirements in regular basis.
- Prepare the documents after communicating properly with HEAD of Department.
- Be motivated and show willingness to work and communicate with the student / applicant’s parents with full of enthusiasm.
- Be ensured oneself that he/she is giving real/true, authentic and relevant information to student / Parents
- Check each document properly so that there are not any mistakes / errors from outside organization/service provider as local authority, banks, notary public or anywhere work on TAT (Turn Around Time).
- Update CRM for the activities done in each file to make up to date student status.
NOTE: The proper training and guideline will be provided to the employee
Job Specification
- Possess excellent written and spoken English
- Possess highly interactive and interpersonal skills
- Have positive attitude and high level of commitment towards work
- Good knowledge of computer
- Should have presentable personality
