Job Description
  • To handle individual inside and outside the organization effectively and tactfully as communicating with new students, visitors, branch and associate organization.
  • Handle the telephone calls effectively and make the record if necessary.
  • Conduct Practice test/self-test and Mock test of in-house students and out students if necessary
  • Make CRM up to date from the beginning of the test to final exam.
  • Get the inventory of books, study materials, office equipment’s, stationery   and maintain the purchase order, if required, after the approval of procurement department.
  •  Visit bank for deposit and withdrawal of cash during banking hours
  • Handle the social media inquiry and reply to their queries.
