Job Description

Sales Target Achievement:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors).
  • Visit stores regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.

Product Promotion & Merchandising:

  • Ensure the display of products in high-traffic areas in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Conduct in-store promotions and execute trade marketing strategies as per guidelines.

=Market Intelligence:

  • Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to the sales manager for better decision-making.
  • Report on customer feedback, product performance, and market insights.

Stock Management:

  • Ensure timely order placement to avoid stock-outs.
  • Monitor and manage product inventory in the assigned outlets.
  1. Sales Reporting:
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
  • Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions.

Training & Development:

  • Continuously update knowledge on product features, promotions, and pricing strategies.
  • Attend training sessions to improve selling skills and product knowledge.

Collaboration with Teams:

  • Work closely with the marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
