Job Description
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set for the assigned region.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients (retailers, wholesalers, and distributors).
- Visit stores regularly to ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising.
Product Promotion & Merchandising:
- Ensure the display of products in high-traffic areas in stores to maximize visibility and sales.
- Conduct in-store promotions and execute trade marketing strategies as per guidelines.
=Market Intelligence:
- Monitor competitor activities, analyze market trends, and provide feedback to the sales manager for better decision-making.
- Report on customer feedback, product performance, and market insights.
Stock Management:
- Ensure timely order placement to avoid stock-outs.
- Monitor and manage product inventory in the assigned outlets.
- Sales Reporting:
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the management.
- Keep accurate records of sales, stock levels, and customer interactions.
Training & Development:
- Continuously update knowledge on product features, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Attend training sessions to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
Collaboration with Teams:
- Work closely with the marketing, distribution, and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of sales experience in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Familiarity with sales processes and CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
