Job Description
- Regularly analyze sales performance, to develop and timely update accurate volume projections considering markets landscape and JTI capabilities
- Perform sales and distribution forecasts based on input from key stakeholders
- Gives support in Field Force performance monitoring, KPI set-up and performance tracking
- Responsible for all supply network planning activities targeting efficient inventory planning at product level
- Work closely with the Territory Sales Managers and Sales Admins of all Sub-Dealers towards building and maintaining sufficient inventory of finished goods of all SKUs as well as secure product freshness
- Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy including in-depth analysis, sharing monthly reports of accuracy, identification of trends and close collaboration with Strategic Insights, Brand team, Sales management team and Finance to ensure alignment / understanding of the various forecasts across functions within the Nepal market.
- Responsible for the maintenance and the delivery of Direct sales and the Forward Order Report. Ensure all the data are accurate and always updated. Be the sole point of contact for any queries and changes. Work closely with the SI/BI department to identify new ways of reporting to improve communication within the market and build in-house solutions.
- Establish and maintain effective cross-functional communication and collaboration.
Job Specification
- At least 2 years relevant experience in similar planning/forecasting function in an FMCG environment Others
- Strong numerical abilities and good analytical skills
- Assertive communication and public speaking & presentations skills
- Advanced level of MS Office (Excel mainly) knowledge, Power BI will be a plus)
- Languages: Nepali (fluent), English (upper-intermediate) Self-organized, structured and willing to learn Proactive and good team player.
