Job Description
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers and retaining existing ones.
- Market & Customer Management: Identify and build relationships with dealers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Channel Sales & Distribution: Manage distributor and retailer relationships, monitor stock levels, and ensure product visibility.
- Market Intelligence & Brand Awareness: Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and execute marketing campaigns.
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain sales records, prepare reports, collect payments, and adhere to company policies.
Job Specification
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the paints, coatings, or construction industry.
- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Sales planning and target achievement capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
