Job Description
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities with government agencies, construction firms, real estate developers, and large-scale builders.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and project managers.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and market penetration.
  • Tender & Bidding Process: Manage the complete tendering and bidding process for government and private projects, ensuring compliance with required documentation and regulations.
  • Project Mapping & Tracking: Maintain a structured database of upcoming, ongoing, and completed projects for sales tracking and follow-ups.
  • Order Processing & Coordination: Work closely with internal departments (logistics, production, finance) to ensure timely order processing, dispatch, and delivery.
  • Payment Collection: Follow up on payments from clients, ensuring smooth transactions and reducing outstanding dues.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitors’ strategies, and industry developments to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Product Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities, including presentations, site visits, and technical support to clients.
  • Reporting & MIS: Prepare periodic sales reports, project updates, and client feedback to management.

 

Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in the tile or building material industry.
  • Strong established relationship within government agencies, construction companies, builders, and real estate developers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
