Job Description
Business Development & Relationship Management
- Identify and establish relationships with Interior Designers, Architects, Contractors, Developers, and Influencers to generate project leads.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote the company’s tile solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong project pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Collaborate with industry influencers, design studios, and architectural firms to enhance brand positioning.
Project Sales & Execution
- Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and offer suitable tile solutions.
- Track upcoming and ongoing construction and interior projects to secure business opportunities.
- Ensure seamless coordination with the logistics and production team to ensure timely delivery and execution.
- Maintain project databases and follow up on project progress to drive sales closures.
Market Research & Strategy Implementation
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product trends to provide insights for strategic planning.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate untapped markets and expand the customer base.
- Ensure brand visibility in premium projects through tie-ups with key influencers.
Negotiation & Sales Closure
- Prepare and present customized sales proposals and pricing negotiations based on project requirements.
- Ensure all contracts and agreements are well-documented and followed up for timely execution.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely collections from project-based sales.
Collaboration with Marketing & Branding Teams
- Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand reach.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns targeting architects and designers.
- Assist in the development of project reference materials, presentations, and case studies.
Job Specification
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tiles, sanitary ware, building materials industry.
- Strong established relationship with architects, designers, developers, and influencers is must.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
