Job Description

Operations and Organizational Development (OD):

  • Manage employee lifecycle information, records, and HR processes.
  • Maintain HR analytics to provide insights that support informed decision-making.
  • Provide operational support for service contracts, renewals, documentation, and invoice processing.

Performance and Compensation Management:

  • Support monthly payroll processing for both in-house and third-party providers.
  • Assist with performance planning, appraisals, and salary review processes.
  • Help with the rollout of employee benefits and recognition programs.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Provide operational support for recruitment and onboarding processes, including offer preparation and salary negotiations.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and guidelines for the organization.
  • Support employee investigations and handle sensitive matters when necessary.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the line manager and Head of People & Culture.

Salary & Benefit

  • Fuel: 20 liters per month
  • Maintenance: Rs 2500 per month

Job Specification
  • A bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources/General Management/Finance or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of HR experience, years of HR experience in payroll or compensation management in the FMCG industry
  • Expertise in excel, power BI based reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Candidate with Nepali Typing will be added value to the role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proactive attitude with a strong ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
