Job Description
- End-to-end responsible for sales systems operations as per company direction and business priorities
- Ensure data accuracy in system to support analysis by relevant stakeholders
- Ensure technical support to the field team as and when required, with support of outsourced service provider
- Set-up trade programs in the system as per marketing initiatives for field sales
- Provide strategic recommendation to HOD on continuous improvement and enhanced value addition as per business priorities
- Responsible for rolling out JTI global initiatives in coordination with relevant local and global stakeholders
- Responsible for ensuring relevant payments to CG and service providers in coordination with Finance team
- End-to-end management of training and knowledge-sharing sessions for new joiners and existing employees
- Responsible for managing deliverables of outsourced technical service provider, in coordination with JTI Regional IT Team (including but not limited to hardware support for all employees in terms of laptops, printers, handsets, official SIM, AV set-up etc.)
- End-to-end responsible for sales planning activities, including but not limited to sales performance analysis, sale and distribution forecasts, work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management etc.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum experience: at least 5 years’ experience in preferably FMCG industries in similar role profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
