Job Description

Promotional Activities:

  • Promote and detail company products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals’ sales.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to convey information effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, distributors, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide support and information to customers about the proper use and benefits of products.

Territory Management:

  • Identify and target key medical professionals and institutions within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute a territory-specific promotional plan to maximize market coverage and product visibility.

Market Analysis:

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the management team regarding plan.

Sales Achievement:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution of promotional strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer complaints promptly.

Training and Knowledge Updates:

  • Stay updated on the latest medical developments, products, and industry trends.
  • Attend training sessions to enhance knowledge and promotional skills distributing samples.

 

Job Specification
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced knowledge of FMCG market trends, consumer behavior, and distribution models.
  • Certification in project management or enterprise development is an added advantage
