Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including revenue and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the company’s client base.
- Achieve sales, collections, and focused product targets through existing customers and identify new opportunities in the assigned territory by visiting our customers on construction sites, or in offices and industries
- Achieve productivity targets through disciplined sales execution (DSE) and applying a consultative selling model, including software and services
- Build and grow relationships with customers to deepen engagement, providing them with the most innovative and cost-effective solutions
- Monitor competitor activity and ensure leadership in share of wallet (SOW)
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, or a similar industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as required.
